15 : 4

rate- is a ratio that compares two quantities of different units.

\$21 / 3 hours

proportion-A part, share, or number considered in comparative relation to a whole

PART 2

1. 5 hours to travel 360 kilometers is about _____km/h

2.  Emma saves 28 cents of every dollar that she earns.  Emma earned \$75 last week.  How much money did Emma save last week?

PART 3

PART 4

PART 5
1.)Does this seem fair?
no, its not fair
2.) 1st case- 3 billion dollars was stolen= 4 month sentence in jail
2nd case - 100 dollars was stolen= 15 years sentence in jail
its not fair
3.) 1st case 3 billion dollars was stolen and 4 months sentence, he stole 3 billion and the other case 100 dollars was stolen and 15 years in jail.
if i was the judge i would give the 15 years sentence to the first case and 4 months to the second case
4.)What would you have done if you were the judge?
I would give the person who stole 3 billion dollars a 15 year sentence and the person who stole the 100 dollar bill 4 months sentence in jail. because i chose this is that the first case is a robber and the second one was just a homeless man.

PART 6

KID IN THE WOODS
HOW TALL IS THAT TREE ON THE LEFT?

my estimation that is a thirteen year old boy
the average Canadian thirteen year old boy is 5'2 which is 60 inches
with my estimation the closest tree is would take 3 heights of the same kid
if i would multiply 60 x 3=180 and if i convert 180 inch to foots, i would have made it 15 feet tall
so my estimation would be 15 feet tall
